HOW TO ORDER:
To get wholesale pricing, net 30 terms, and free shipping, email us at email@example.com.
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus tax (if applicable). Prices are subject to change without notice. We will cover 50% of the shipping costs for any orders over $500.
A minimum order of $300 is required on opening orders. Initial orders for new accounts must be paid for before items are shipped out.
No minimum order is required for re-orders.
We offer 2/10 net 30 terms for our retailers. Late payments are subject to a 10% late fee for every 30 days past due.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We accept a variety of payments through our website. We also accept checks via mail.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Depending on the size, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:
All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly. Since we are still growing, we make all products to order. We offer greater discounts on orders placed over 30 days in advance.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Southern Swaddle at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
We do not currently offer consignment arrangements.
